ryanfitzpatrickio 7a196b6571 Prepare Cloudflare Workers/Pages deploy for the static front-end. 
Add wrangler assets config, multi-page Vite build (game + studio),
cache/WASM headers, and deploy scripts so `npm run deploy` publishes dist.

ryanfitzpatrickio dd819e991d Add main menu, 3v3 with goalies, and dead-puck faceoffs. 
Players pick 1-on-1 shootout or 3-on-3 scrimmage; 3v3 gets nets,
goalies, scoring, OOB whistles to the nearest faceoff circle, and
one-way board re-entry for skaters who leave the ice.

ryanfitzpatrickio 94d24205dc Goalie save drill, hand/stick IK, and weighted paddle plant. 
Add img2mesh puck machine for live goalie AI/save testing, catch/block arm IK
with smooth stance blends, and a mover-space stick the blocker hand follows.
